New Beginnings

After 18 years, I decided to leave my current job and pursue another career opportunity. During this process I was filled with so many emotions – fear, excitement, anticipation, to name a few. My last few days were filled with conversations, texts, calls, and emails of so many people that said I made an impact on their lives. I received words of encouragement and even prayers.  The most impactful message was one that said my decision to leave showed them that my faith was bigger than my fear. I was very comfortable, job was consistent, pay good, nice home and still I felt the desire it was time to get uncomfortable. I have learned in those periods of uncomfortableness you are stretched and challenged which results in valuable lessons learned (ie. growth!). It is my season to SOAR.
