Grief and Leaving My Job of 18 Years ?

I said I would be global! ? This is just the beginning.  I was interviewed for an article published today in The NY Times about my experience leaving my job after 18 years and the grief that accompanied it.  Leaving T-Mobile was one of my best careers decisions yet I still felt some grief and heartache.
